John Lennon, Imagine

Luna asta, pe data de 14, va avea loc la Muzeul de Arta naiva din Magog, Canada, expozitia Imaginaives, inspirata de cantecul lui John Lennon. Vor participa 35 de artiste din peste 18 tari, printre care si Romania. 

Cu totii stim cantecul si mesajul pe care il transmite. Asa ca l-am mai ascultat de cateva ori, am facut niste schite, mi-am largit orizonturile si m-am apucat de pictat. Apoi am trimis tabloul in Canada si astept cu nerabdare sa participe la prima expozitie peste hotare! De asemenea, abia astept sa vad si celelalte lucrari ale artistelor naive, care sunt sigura ca depasesc orice asteptari in materie de creativitate si maiestrie.

Le multumesc organizatorilor pentru increderea acordata unei incepatoare in breasla, ii multumesc domnului Jacques Dupont pentru invitatie si lui John Lennon pentru inspiratie!

This month, September 14th, the exhibition Imaginaives will take place at the International Museum of Naive Art Magog. The exhibition is inspired by John Lennon's song "Imagine". 35 artists from over 18 countries are part of the project, including Romania.

We all know the song and its message. So I listened to it a few more times, draw some sketches and then painted. I shipped the painting to Canada and now I'm very anxious to be a part of this project. Also, I can't wait to see all the other paintings. which will surely exceed any expectations with their creativity and beauty.

I give thanks to the organizers of this event for the opportunity, to monsieur Jacques Dupont for the invitation and to John Lennon for the inspiration!
